CouplesConnect Account Deletion
Delete your couple account permanently. Deactivation is a separate, reversible option in the app.
Active hosted Plans will be cancelled and joined participation withdrawn. Profile information and ordinary personal content are removed or anonymized. Authentication removal is completed by a secure background process. Plans and participation are not restored.
Necessary private moderation, abuse, security and audit evidence may remain identifiable for up to 180 days after deletion, then is deleted or irreversibly anonymized unless legally required to remain. A documented legal hold applies only to the specific records it covers; after release, normal retention processing resumes. It does not delay ordinary profile scrubbing or authentication removal.
In the app: Profile → Account settings → Delete Account → Permanently Delete Account. You can also use the verified request below without reinstalling the app.
